- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (or diced ham)
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- Olive oil for brushing
Optional toppings:
- Grated parmesan
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil leaves
Preheat the oven Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the rolls Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then add pepperoni, bell peppers, and oregano.
Roll and slice Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds — you should get about 4 rolls per tortilla.
Bake to golden perfection Arrange the rolls cut-side up on your baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil for that irresistible crisp. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden.
Serve and enjoy Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, and garnish with parmesan, red pepper flakes, or basil. Serve warm with a side of extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.
