Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 60 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in diced pineapple and cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly caramelized.
  • Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  • Let everything simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
  • Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.
