Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 6 oz box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
  • cups chicken broth
  • Fresh or dried parsley for garnish (optional)

Optional Add-ins for Extra Flavor:

  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup peas or carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 11×7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken pieces in the prepared dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk until smooth. Pour over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Pour chicken broth over the stuffing to moisten completely.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm, drizzling some of the creamy sauce over each portion.
