Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups dried cranberries (finely chopped)
  • cup fresh chives, chopped (or green onion greens)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tsp orange zest for a citrus lift
  • ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch
  • 1 tbsp honey for a subtle sweet contrast

Instructions

  • Whip the Cream Cheese
Start by beating the softened cream cheese until it’s light and fluffy. This small step ensures your filling spreads easily and stays creamy once chilled.
  • Combine the Flavors
In a medium bowl, add crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, and fresh chives to the cream cheese. Stir gently until everything’s evenly distributed — every bite should have that perfect sweet-tangy-herb balance.
  • Spread and Roll
Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread about ½ cup of the mixture evenly across the surface, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.Roll tightly from one end to the other, pressing gently to keep everything snug.
  • Chill for Clean Slices
Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours). Once chilled, unwrap and slice into ¾-inch pieces using a sharp serrated knife.
Arrange them on a serving platter, garnish with extra chives or cranberries, and watch them vanish.
