Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder (or up to 2 teaspoons of instant coffee crystals)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (dark or natural, optional but recommended)
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, full-fat or non-fat)
  • Optional Toppings: Toasted coconut, sliced almonds, chocolate chips, fresh berries, banana slices

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the espresso powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup or honey with a few tablespoons of yogurt. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps.
  • Add the remaining yogurt and mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Top with your choice of nuts, fruits, or chocolate chips, or blend into a smoothie for a delicious twist.

Notes

  • Espresso Powder: Adjust ½–1 teaspoon depending on strength preference.
  • Instant Coffee: Double the amount if substituting for espresso.
