  • espresso machine or coffee maker
  • clear glass mug

Ingredients

  • 120 ml milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • 45 g white chocolate chips

  • raspberry syrup or puree (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the milk and white chocolate chips. Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the raspberry extract. Add pink gel food coloring until a soft blush color is reached.
  • Froth the pink milk using a milk frother or whisk until light and foamy.
  • Brew one shot of espresso or very strong coffee and set aside.
  • Pour the frothed pink milk into a clear mug, then slowly pour the espresso over the top. Finish with whipped cream and raspberry syrup if desired.

Notes

For best presentation, serve in a clear glass mug to highlight the layered effect. Adjust raspberry extract and sweetness to taste, and enjoy immediately for the creamiest texture.
