Ingredients
  

  • 14.3 oz Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp 2% milk
  • 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed (divided)
  • 0.5 cup crushed candy canes
  • 6.6 oz instant white chocolate pudding mix (2 packages)
  • 2.75 cups cold 2% milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until evenly coated. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and milk, then fold in half of the whipped topping and crushed candy canes.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
  • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Spread pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding and sprinkle with additional crushed candy canes.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth layer. Chill the dessert at least 4 hours for clean slices. Crushing candy canes into small pieces provides the best texture without overpowering the layers.
