Ingredients
  

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1/4 cup spiced rum (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, eggnog, rum (if using), cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until set.
  • Chill a mixing bowl and whisk, then beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until needed.
  • Gently fold 2 cups of the whipped cream into the chilled pudding until light and fluffy. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-top bag and refrigerate.
  • In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  • Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture into serving jars. Add a layer of eggnog mousse, top with remaining whipped cream, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, chill all components before assembling. Replace rum with extra eggnog for a non-alcoholic version. Enjoy within 48 hours for optimal texture and freshness.
