Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups finely crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup or golden syrup
  • 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream (adult version)
  • 12 oz chocolate candy coating or melting wafers

  • In a large bowl, combine the finely crushed vanilla wafer cookies and powdered sugar until evenly mixed.
  • Add the corn syrup and Irish cream, stirring until a thick, moldable mixture forms.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls. Lightly dust hands with powdered sugar if sticky.
  • Melt the chocolate candy coating in the microwave using short intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
  • Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess coating to drip off.
  • Place coated balls on parchment paper and allow the chocolate to fully set before serving or storing.
