Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a heat-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Place the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water to create a double boiler.
  • Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Stir in the dried coconut and graham cracker crumbs until thick and sticky.
  • Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding coconut to avoid sogginess. Lightly butter your hands when rolling for easier shaping. Best served chilled.
