Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30–40 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
  • Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix in the eggs and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide the dough evenly and roll into stick shapes. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix minced garlic with dried parsley and brush lightly over each breadstick.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the breadsticks turn golden brown.
  • Let the breadsticks rest for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Use finely ground almond flour for the best texture. Do not overbake, as the breadsticks may become too firm. For extra crispiness, sprinkle grated parmesan on top before baking. If the dough feels sticky, lightly oil your hands before shaping. Serve fresh and warm for the best flavor.
