Ingredients

  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz (1 cup) heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • ½ cup powdered keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or blend)

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh lemon zest, strawberry puree, or cocoa powder for variations

Instructions

  • Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Beat Cream Cheese & Sweetener: In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sweetener until smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla if using.
  • Fold Together: Add about one-third of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, mixing gently. Then fold in the remaining whipped cream until well combined.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Spoon or pipe into serving bowls. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or sugar-free chocolate drizzle.

Notes

  • Sweetener Swap: Powdered erythritol or monk fruit blend works best. Granulated sweeteners will make the texture gritty.
  • Storage: Keep covered in the fridge for up to 5–7 days. Store in mason jars or airtight containers for easy grab-and-go snacks.
  • Freezer-Friendly: Freeze in individual portions for up to 3 months. Let thaw 20–30 minutes at room temp before serving — or enjoy half-frozen like ice cream.
  • Serving Hack: For a prettier presentation, pipe the fluff into bowls or jars with a star tip.
  • Make-Ahead Dessert: This fluff holds up well for parties — prep a day ahead and top with fresh berries or nuts just before serving.
  • Variations: Add cocoa powder for chocolate fluff, pumpkin puree for fall, or swirl in sugar-free caramel for indulgence.
