Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Cajun sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Cajun sausage into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage into thin strips.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage for 5–7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the cabbage to the same skillet and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Return sausage to the skillet and stir until everything is evenly coated in sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level. Avoid overcooking cabbage to maintain texture. Freshly grated Parmesan creates the creamiest sauce. Leftovers reheat well on the stovetop or microwave.
