Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry jam or diced fresh strawberries
  • 20–24 wonton wrappers
  • vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in strawberry jam or diced fresh strawberries until well combined.
  • Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles, and press firmly to seal.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry wontons in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Notes

Seal wontons tightly to prevent leaks during frying. Maintain oil temperature at 350°F for best results. These are best served fresh but can be reheated in an air fryer or oven to restore crispiness.
