Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 3 lbs chicken wings (flats, drums, or mixed)
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season chicken wings with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic, then stir in peach preserves, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Fry wings in batches for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove wings with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  • Toss hot wings immediately in the prepared sauce and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh to enjoy maximum crispiness. Do not overcrowd the fryer to maintain texture. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes as a lighter option. Reheat in the oven to restore crisp edges.
