High-Protein Bagel Bites are quick, gluten-free, cream cheese–stuffed bites made in the air fryer. Chewy on the outside and creamy inside, they’re perfect for a protein-packed breakfast or on-the-go snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (about 30 g)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2/3 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt and stir until a sticky dough forms. Use hands if needed.
  • Divide dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  • Flatten each dough ball, add 1 teaspoon cream cheese in the center, then seal and roll back into a ball.
  • Brush with beaten egg if using, then sprinkle generously with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  • Arrange bagel bites in the air fryer basket with space between each. Air fry for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture and fresh baking powder for proper rise. These bagel bites freeze and reheat exceptionally well, making them ideal for meal prep.
