Ingredients
  

  • 180 g Greek yogurt
  • 15 g whey protein powder
  • 20 g creamy peanut butter
  • sweetener of choice, to taste
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips
  • milk, optional for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and sweetener to a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of milk and mix again until a soft cookie dough consistency is reached.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

Sweetness can be adjusted to taste. Milk is optional and only needed to adjust consistency. This snack is best enjoyed chilled for a cookie dough-like texture.
