Easy Strawberry Shortcake Puppy Chow
This Easy Strawberry Shortcake Puppy Chow is a quick, no-bake snack mix made with white chocolate, crispy cereal, and freeze-dried strawberries for a sweet, fruity crunch.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice Chex, Corn Chex, or Crispix cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries, finely ground
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place freeze-dried strawberries into a food processor or blender and pulse until a fine powder forms. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the strawberry powder with powdered sugar until evenly combined. Transfer to a large zip-top bag.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Place cereal in a large bowl and gently pour the melted white chocolate over it. Fold carefully until evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal into the bag with the strawberry sugar mixture. Seal and gently shake until fully coated.
- Spread the coated cereal onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let set at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Always use freeze-dried strawberries for proper coating. Let the mixture fully set before storing. Avoid refrigeration to prevent stickiness.
