- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with frosting)
Maple Bacon Filling + Topping
- 8 slices thick-cut or regular bacon
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (for glaze)
Bake the BaconPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange bacon strips in a single layer.Bake for 15 minutes to partially cook the bacon. Glaze the BaconMix brown sugar and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a small bowl.Brush the mixture over the bacon.Return to the oven for 15 more minutes, or until glossy, caramelized, and crisp. Cool & ChopTransfer bacon to a paper towel–lined plate.Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).Once cooled, chop bacon into small pieces.Reserve half for filling and half for topping.
