Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz coleslaw mix (green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add the coleslaw mix to the bowl.
  • Toss thoroughly until all vegetables are evenly coated with dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and acidity to taste before chilling. Always refrigerate at least 2 hours for best flavor and texture. Stir gently before serving to redistribute dressing. Not suitable for freezing as texture will change.
