Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped (or 1 tbsp dried basil)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer
    Heat to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Create the Parmesan-Basil Topping
    In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Prep the Salmon
    Pat fillets dry, drizzle with olive oil, and rub to coat evenly.
  • Add the Topping
    Press the Parmesan-basil mixture firmly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Arrange in Air Fryer
    Lightly spray the basket and place salmon skin-side down, ensuring space between fillets.
  • Cook
    Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve
    Carefully remove salmon and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Dried basil is stronger; use only 1 tablespoon.
