Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for maximum crispiness.
  • Slice the zucchinis into even fry-shaped strips, about ¼-inch thick.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  • Dip each zucchini strip into the egg mixture, then press gently into the almond flour coating.
  • Arrange the coated fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use firm zucchinis for best texture.
  • The coating sticks best when you pat the zucchini dry.
  • Thinner fries cook faster and crisp more.
  • For a lighter version, reduce the Parmesan or skip it entirely.
