Combine & HeatTransfer the blended cottage cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and taco seasoning on top.Microwave for 1 minute, then stir thoroughly. Continue microwaving in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until the queso becomes velvety and fully melted — usually about 2 minutes total.
Serve & GarnishTop with pico de gallo, salsa, cilantro, or a sprinkle of extra cheese. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita crisps, or veggie sticks.
