Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 450 g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Cook the Spaghetti

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain, toss lightly with oil if needed, and set aside.

2. Season & Sear the Beef

  • Coat the diced beef evenly with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Prepare the Creamy Three-Cheese Sauce

  • In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream, then add cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Stir until everything melts into a smooth, velvety sauce.

4. Combine Pasta, Beef & Sauce

  • Add spaghetti and cooked beef back into the skillet.
  • Toss well to coat every strand in the creamy Cajun cheese sauce.

5. Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and an optional pinch of Cajun seasoning.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

  • Fresh herbs add an extra layer of brightness.
  • Add veggies for color and texture without changing the base flavor.
  • Best served immediately while the sauce is silky and warm.
  • Perfect for meal prep with a quick reheat fix.
