- 1 cup chilled apple soda (Apple Fanta or Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Juice work great)
- 2 tbsp cold half and half
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
- Ice – enough to fill your glass
- Optional: whipped cream + thin apple slice for garnish
Fill the Glass with IceFill a tall glass with ice cubes until nearly full. It should feel chilled to the touch — that’s key to keeping the layers crisp and the fizz alive. Pour in the Apple SodaSlowly pour 1 cup of cold apple soda over the ice. Pause for a second to admire the bubbles — they’ll lift the caramel and vanilla notes beautifully. Add the SyrupsStir in 1 tablespoon each of vanilla syrup and caramel syrup. You’ll see them swirl together in ribbons of gold. (If you want that “coffee shop” layered look, don’t stir yet.) Pour in the Half and HalfGently pour 2 tablespoons of cold half and half over the soda. Move slowly — the magic is in watching the cream cascade and ripple through the fizz. Sprinkle CinnamonDust 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon evenly across the top. A little goes a long way — too much can dominate the flavor. Top and ServeAdd a generous sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, and finish with whipped cream if you’re feeling fancy. Serve immediately.
