Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 uba nm heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat slightly and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  • Whisk in the ranch seasoning until the sauce is smooth.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece.
  • Simmer gently for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Pound chicken breasts evenly for consistent cooking. Simmer gently to keep the sauce smooth and creamy. Leftovers reheat beautifully.
